place you’d call
“City of Love”,
with brothels, refugees, plus history!
Ten tales that could take place anywhere,
minus contrived
Fersehturm
frames and
shots.
Not
as bad
as critics
candidly claimed-
though most segments were half-baked and half-done.
Directors less distinguished than usual,
could not be saved
by diverse,
big-name
cast.
First
segment
was the best,
should have stopped there-
“Berlin Ride” robot romance raised my hopes,
but can’t make up for ” Love is in the Air”-
“The Grey City”
is sadly
much more
apt.
